We provide a 24 hour, 7 days a week availability of a ready to respond team to carry out make safe emergencies for the insurance industry. We are constantly improving our capacity to handle larger workloads by improving our technology, procedures and resources.
We provide a modern office environment for administration staff, with modern, up-to-date computer systems. Our most valuable asset to our company are human resources. Internal and external employees engage through work-based TAFE and in-house programs. Regular continuous professional development sessions are held monthly for both trade and administration staff, independently. Daypine has a commitment to keep abreast with the latest technologies. We have a robust internal computer management system that provides access both in and out of the office. Computer tablets used by our fully trained supervisors and estimators facilitates for both their reporting and estimating and on and off-line communication. Also, our modernised phone system caters for reliable after hour service. With the improvement of these technologies, Daypine gets ever closer to realising an already predominantly paperless office.
